i was caught in posession of oxycontin without a script,how much time in jail should i expect to do?

I have a comment about a corrections officer,while I was watching tru tv. on 10-21-08. There was a male correction officer that made comments to an inmate while a female officer was telling him to spit out the dope that was in his mouth. The male officer made a comment before the inmate was secured. The male officer made a commet to the inmate that this will be another charge!!! At this time he put every officer in a sitution to be hurt. I have worked for dept. of corrections for 21 years in PA. I think that this corretions officer needs to have a little more training on inmate situtations before he gets someone hurt... I know that sometimes our jobs are very stressfull but that is the diffrece between them and us..... This will probaly never go past who ever gets this e-mail. But I just wanted to let you know that the D.O.C.(Dept. Of Corrections in PA. has change my life....

However, inmates don't go to court, they are sentenced and see the Judge through closed circuit TV. They don't leave the jail, they aren't transported to the courthouse, like inmates are in other states.
